Taylorsville, UT — September 10, 2026 — Waterford.org, a national early education nonprofit, is pleased to welcome back Scott Anderson to its Board of Trustees and has appointed Dr. Nadia Webb and Dr. Anish R. Dube as new members.
Returning trustee Scott Anderson brings decades of leadership in banking and community service. Anderson retired from Zions Bank in 2024 after more than 25 years as president and CEO and continues to serve as non‑executive chair of the Zions Bank Advisory Board. He has held leadership roles in state and national banking associations and has served on numerous civic and nonprofit boards.
Dr. Nadia Webb is a twice board‑certified neuropsychologist and a board examiner for the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology. Her career includes clinical practice, teaching, and service as an expert witness in state, federal, and military courts, as well as in due process hearings under the U.S. Department of Education. She has been recognized nationally for her contributions to the field, including honors from Rutgers University, the American Psychological Association, and multiple state governors.
Dr. Anish R. Dube is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Charles R. Drew University and a clinician with San Bernardino County’s Department of Behavioral Health. His work focuses on child and adolescent mental health, public health, and the ethical issues that shape everyday medical practice. He is a distinguished fellow of both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
