FARGO, NORTH DAKTOA – November 19, 2025 – A statewide partnership is expanding early learning access for families across North Dakota. Waterford Upstart, in collaboration with the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction and the Department of Health and Human Services, is providing no-cost, personalized early education support designed to help children build essential reading, math, and science skills before entering kindergarten. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to ensuring every child begins school with a strong foundation for learning.
