Data Sharing and Maintenance

In order to effectively measure outcomes, support program delivery, and engage in continuous improvement, Waterford.org conducts research and maintains records related to your child(ren)’s participation in our programs.
Waterford.org will make your child(ren)’s data available to you upon request.

Waterford.org does not sell your or your child(ren)’s personal information. We may share limited personal information with third-party service providers, such as computer and tablet vendors, solely for operational purposes such as fulfilling device shipment requests.

We may also share program information — including usage data, performance data, and, where appropriate, personally identifiable information (PII) — with program sponsors and our education, government, and research partners to support program administration, evaluation, and improvement. For all states, these partners may include:
local education agencies (schools, school districts, and Head Start programs)

Additionally, Waterford.org may share information with partners depending on the state in which the participant resides. If your state is not listed below, we have not shared PII with any partners specific to your state.
