Despite the curves COVID-19 has thrown this year, your preschoolers can still be ready for kindergarten in 2021! Thanks to the Governor’s Emergency Education Relief Fund (GEERF), Waterford Upstart is available to all eligible children in Mississippi.
You can add this award-winning early education program for your preschool students at no cost to you or your families.

Program Eligibility.
Any child living in the state of Mississippi who starts kindergarten in 2021 is eligible.
About Waterford Upstart
- Preschoolers use our proven software at home for just 15 minutes a day
- Families receive support and personalized coaching in their home language
- Waterford provides a computer and internet access to families who need them
- On average, children who finish the program read at nearly a first-grade level
- The program begins now and runs through February of 2021
