Libby Doggett Recounts Utah Trip in Blog “Cities Can’t Wait When it Comes to Early Learning”

Today, in a blog post on the U.S. Department of Education’s website titled, “Cities Can’t Wait When it Comes to Early Learning,” she recaps her visits to Dallas and Salt Lake City, each of which she says is “experiencing disparate challenges and moving forward on early learning in a distinctive way.”
