I don't remember my password or which e-mail address I use to log into Central Park. What do I do?
Please use the Forgot Password feature. An e-mail is sent to you. You may also contact User Support at 1-800-669-4533.
After using Central Park for a few minutes, it will freeze and I have to restart my computer. How can I fix this?
The most common solution is to clear your web browser’s cache. If the problem still exists after you’ve cleared the cache, check the version of your web browser and make sure it is the most current available. Also download the latest Adobe Flash Player. If you need additional assistance please contact User Support at 1-800-669-4533.
Central Park runs slowly on my computer. How can I make the program run better?
There are three options that may help Central Park run more efficiently on your computer:
- Don’t play in Fit-to-Screen mode. You can toggle this in the Options menu.
- Shut down all other running applications on your computer.
- Set the game resolution to Normal Quality. You can toggle this in the Options menu.
My child occasionally does the same activity that they've done before. Why is this?
Central Park uses Power Stars to guide you through activites. When you and your child play through an activity, you’ll receive a Power Star! We use Power Stars as reminders for you, the caregiver, to see which activities you’ve already played with your child. Once you’ve received Power Stars for all the activities in an Adventure Menu, an arrow will appear in the upper-right corner to allow you to move to your next Adventure!
How can I check my child's progress in the program?
The best way to do this is to log into Central Park and review the reports. This feature is coming soon.
